776	81	DAY - 3 (Mirissa)	43	<ul><li>Transfer to Mirissa harbour early in the morning, around 6.30 a.m., for a whale-watching tour.</li><li>The whales migrate from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere and can be seen a few kilometres away from the Mirissa beach during the months of November to April. During this period, the ocean is calm, and the chances of spotting whales are 98%. </li><li>Blue whales are most often seen. You can also see sperm whales, fin whales, Bryde's whales, and short-finned whales. You will be able to travel in a peaceful rural setting on mostly dirt and gravel roads with no traffic, passing lagoons, mangroves, and tropical palms. You will have the opportunity to visit rubber, tea, and cinnamon plantations.</li><li>At the end of the tour, prepared for departure and you will be transferred to the airport.
