The journey between Kandy and Hatton through Sri Lanka’s central highlands gets the elevation from 465m to 1,271 m through the tea plantation. </li></ul><p></p><p>      Entrain at 9.05 am from Kandy Railway Station</p><p>      Detrain at 11.43 pm from Hatton Railway Station</p><ul><li>You will be picked by your Chauffeur guide at the Hatton Railway Station and transferred to Castlereigh. Approximately 30 min. drive</li><li>En-route visit the Tea Factory. Experienced tea planter will brief about the history of tea in Sri Lanka, he will take you to see tea plucking in action then you will take to the factory, where you will understand how the World's finest Sri Lankan tea comes to your table. Finally, your guide will teach you the techniques for a traditional tea tasting.</li><li>Early dinner and sleep because you have to get up around 1 am at midnight to start the hike to Adam's Peak, 2,243 m height conical mountain. That is a sacred place of Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam all over the world. It is approximately 3 hours hike.</li><li>Dinner and overnight stay at The Argyle, Hatton </li></ul>
